FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • How does online coaching work?
    My coaching supports your fitness journey solely online, through online platforms such as google sheets, google drive, emails, face to face video calls and weekly check in’s to track and guide your progress. Firstly, you will have to fill out the pre-screen giving me the data to create your personalised program. We will then have an on-boarding call to discuss your program and I will answer any questions you may have regarding your program and make any modicifcations needed. Then, you will receive your program and we will have weekly check in’s to see how your progress is going and to make any updates.
  • How long will I receive my program after filling out my pre-screen?
    You will receive your program by 3 business days. Please be sure to check your emails for details on how to acsess your program.
  • When will I have to check in my progress?
    You will receive a feedback sheet to fill in for your weeks progress, you will return your feedback on your designated day we discuss and I can make any changes needed for your program.
  • When will we have video calls?
    I will organise a 1:1 onboarding video call to get you started with your first week of coaching. The next call will be week 4 and week 8 of your program.
  • What is included in Nutrition Program?
    You will receive a personalised nutrition program with specific calorie and macro targets based on the foods you enjoy and catered to your lifestyle and goals. We will discuss your meal plan every check in and make amendments to your calories and meal options when needed. We have a balanced approach with nutrition ensuring youre reaching your nutrient targets whilst still indulging in the fun stuff!
  • What is included in a Training program?
    Your personalised training program will consist of a 8 week block of exercises progressively getting harder. We will discuss your training every check in to evaluate your progress.
  • What is the minimum commitment for your coaching?
    I require a minimum commitment of 8 weeks. After the initial coaching period, your subscription doesn't terminate automatically. Instead, it transitions to a 'week-to-week agreement' until you accomplish your desired outcome.
  • How do I contact you?
    There will be a notes section on your program for any questions regarding your program which we can discuss via your weekly check in. If something is urgent you can contact me via email or instargam and I will do my best to respond to your query within 24 hours.
  • How does the payment work?
    Payments for our services will be processed through direct bank transfer. We offer flexible payment schedules, and clients can choose to make payments on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis. The payment frequency can be selected according to the client's preference and agreed-upon terms. Please note that the specific payment schedule will be discussed and agreed upon during the registration or onboarding process. We may require clients to provide their banking details securely for the purpose of processing payments." As part of our coaching services, we have a requirement for clients to make a payment upfront equivalent to two weeks of service. This upfront payment is necessary to secure and initiate the coaching program.
